• For Hole Sponsors, Halfway House Sponsor, and Lunch Sponsor (if you are sending representatives):

  • 9-10:30 a.m.: Check In

    • We would love if you came on the earlier side of this time frame. At the Glen Club there is a business center and wifi for you to work. We can get all of your items shipped out to your hole and you can work in the morning.

    • We do have a limited number of golf carts, so there may be situations where you will be waiting to get out to your hole.

• For Mulligan, Golf Ball, and Bloody Mary Sponsors (if you are sending representatives):

  • 8-9 a.m.: Registration

• 9 a.m.: Bloody Mary and Mimosa Bar Opens

• 9:30-10:30 a.m.: Boxed Lunch will be Served

• 11 a.m.: Shotgun Start for Golfers

• 4:30-5 p.m.: 19th Hole Reception Begins at the Glen Club
