CREW Chicago seeks to make a lasting, positive impact on our local community, far beyond the commercial real estate industry. CREW Chicago members contribute their time and effort to our collective philanthropic efforts:

• CREW Careers: Through an interactive, multi-week program, CREW Chicago members introduce teenage girls from organizations such as the Off the Street Club in Chicago’s West Garfield Park neighborhood to careers in the commercial real estate industry.  
  

• CREW Chicago Scholarships: CREW Chicago Scholarships: Each year, CREW Chicago awards scholarships for graduate and junior or senior undergraduate students majoring or concentrating in real estate or related real estate fields. Since its inception in 2014, CREW Chicago has awarded $199,000 (as of 2026) in scholarships.

• CREW Chicago Supports Chicago Habitat for Humanity Women Build: Each year, CREW Chicago proudly partners with Chicago Habitat for Humanity's Women Build, bringing together a dedicated team of members who are committed to making a lasting difference in our community.
  Through fundraising efforts, the CREW Chicago Women Build team helps provide the financial resources needed to build a safe, affordable home for a deserving woman and her family in Chicago. But our commitment extends far beyond fundraising. Alongside more than 800 women from across Chicagoland, our team rolls up their sleeves and works directly on the construction site, helping frame walls, install finishes, and build homes that create opportunities for stability, independence, and generational change.
  Women Build is more than a day of volunteering—it's an opportunity to empower families, strengthen neighborhoods, and demonstrate the incredible impact that can be achieved when women come together with a shared purpose. CREW Chicago is honored to be part of this inspiring initiative, investing both our resources and our hands-on efforts to help build stronger communities, one home at a time.

CREW Network Foundation Chapter Goal

CREW Network Foundation
CREW Network Foundation, the philanthropic arm of CREW Network, is the only charitable foundation solely dedicated to advancing women in the commercial real estate industry. CREW Network Foundation is committed to bringing more women into commercial real estate by offering programs like CREW Careers and UCREW that educate women and girls about the career opportunities in the industry; supporting CRE higher education and training through college scholarships and internships; and providing mentorships to those new to the industry.
