Bringing together leaders from development, policy, capital, and design, this panel will explore the barriers—and emerging opportunities—to building missing middle housing. Hear how financing strategies, zoning reforms, building code changes, and evolving public policy can help close feasibility gaps and expand housing opportunities. Panelists will also discuss what's next from Springfield following the General Assembly's decision not to advance Governor Pritzker's BUILD initiative.
