Congratulations to Allison Rabin

Allison Rabin is the newest inductee into the CREW Visionaries program.  Today we acknowledge Allison’s commitment to support CREW Network Foundation’s mission – to advance women in the commercial real estate industry.  
 
Allison completed her MBA from Kellogg during the pandemic in 2020 and, today, is the Chief Operating Officer for Near North Title Group.  Her LinkedIn bio www.linkedin.com/in/allison-rabin can be seen here.
 
Allison has been an active member of CREW for years.  She started out with Wisconsin Crew and loved that group so much that she joined their board of directors.  They grew that Chapter and really put an emphasis on the importance of Foundation.  She was the Foundation liaison there and in that role we met all requirements of the Trifecta was an amazing accomplishment! From there she moved back to the Chicago market, joined Chicago CREW and became more active in National CREW initiatives.  She was chosen to be a Foundation Director for CREW Foundation,  and also served on the White Paper committee.  In these roles she was fortunate to see how Foundation dollars greatly impacted Women’s initiative in Commercial Real Estate. 
 
She feels very blessed to be in the company of all of the Visionaries.  She has always had a need to give back, with both her time and financial resources, as she came from a disadvantaged background where she lacked both exposure to anything in the business world and financial security.  She wanted to be part of the solution that could help others in those situations see that with hard work, mentorship and sponsorship, they could be anything they wanted to be.  CREW is an amazing organization and she encourages others to not only donate to Foundation but to become active in making CREW the strongest organization it can be so that it can reach other young women and help them realize and reach their professional and personal goals.
